Summary

This grant program will distribute $40 million over three years (2025-2027) to support communities that are disproportionately impacted by environmental, climate, and public health challenges. With a focus on underserved and disadvantaged communities, the program will award 244 grants across three tiers: Noncompetitive ($75,000), Tier I (Assessment, $150,000), Tier II (Planning, $250,000), and Tier III (Development & Implementation, $350,000).
